欢迎使用《喵喵静悄悄》。当你下载、安装、打开或继续使用本应用时，即表示你同意遵守本协议及相关适用法律法规。如果你不同意本协议中的任何内容，请停止使用本应用。
2. 服务内容
《喵喵静悄悄》是一款单机逻辑解谜小游戏，主要提供关卡推理、进度记录、广告奖励、分享奖励和高级版购买等功能。我们可能基于版本更新对内容、界面、数值和功能进行调整，但不会因此承诺任何固定关卡数量、奖励频率或长期不变的玩法细节。
3. 使用许可
在你遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予你一项可撤销、不可转让、非独占的个人使用许可，仅用于你本人在兼容设备上游玩本应用。除法律明确允许外，你不得对本应用实施反向工程、破解、批量抓取、脚本自动化刷奖励、绕过广告或商店限制等行为。
4. 高级版与应用内购买
- 高级版属于应用内购买提供的数字权益，当前设计为非消耗型项目。
- 价格、币种、税费和结算方式由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 在交易时展示并决定。
- 购买是否成功、是否可恢复、是否触发退款，均以对应平台商店返回结果为准。
- 高级版带来的虚拟权益仅限在本应用内使用，不可兑现、不可转售、不可转让。
5. 广告与奖励机制
本应用可能展示 Banner、插屏或激励广告。是否出现广告、广告是否成功加载、观看后是否获得奖励，受网络状态、平台规则和广告服务商返回结果影响。我们会尽量保证体验一致，但不对每一次广告展示或奖励发放结果做绝对承诺。
6. 进度、存档与设备限制
- 本应用当前默认使用本地存档，不提供开发者自建账号系统或云同步。
- 你重置进度、卸载应用、更换设备、清空系统数据后，部分本地进度可能无法恢复。
- 高级版恢复能力取决于平台商店是否成功返回购买记录，并不等于我们掌握了你的账号云档案。
7. 免责声明
本应用按“现状”提供。对于网络波动、平台商店异常、广告服务商故障、设备兼容性差异、系统限制、第三方服务中断等导致的功能波动，我们会尽力修复，但不对绝对不中断、绝对无误差或绝对可恢复作担保。
8. 责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因你使用或无法使用本应用而产生的间接损失、数据丢失、预期收益损失、商店或广告平台故障导致的损失，不承担超出法律强制要求之外的责任。
9. 协议更新
我们可以根据产品功能、平台规则或法律要求更新本协议。更新后的版本将在网页中公布，并自标注日期起生效。你在更新后继续使用本应用，即视为接受更新后的协议内容。

Welcome to Kitty Grid / 喵喵静悄悄. By downloading, installing, opening, or continuing to use the app, you agree to this Terms of Use and applicable laws. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
2. Service Description
The app is a single-player puzzle game that provides level-based deduction gameplay, local progress storage, ad-based rewards, share-based rewards, and Premium in-app purchase features. We may adjust content, UI, balancing, and features through updates.
3. License
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on supported devices. Except where permitted by law, you may not reverse engineer, modify, automate, script, scrape, or interfere with the app, its reward systems, ads, or purchase flows.
4. Premium and In-App Purchases
- Premium is currently designed as a non-consumable in-app purchase.
- Pricing, currency, taxes, and billing are determined by the relevant app store at the time of checkout.
- Purchase success, restoration, and refund handling depend on the response of Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Virtual benefits provided by Premium are for in-app use only and have no cash value.
5. Ads and Reward Mechanics
The app may display banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Whether ads are available and whether rewards are granted depends on network conditions, platform policies, and third-party ad services. We will try to keep the experience stable, but we do not guarantee that every ad request will succeed.
6. Progress and Device Limits
- The app currently uses local save data and does not provide a developer-operated account system or cloud save backend.
- Resetting progress, uninstalling the app, changing devices, or clearing device data may make some local progress unrecoverable.
- Purchase restoration depends on platform store records and does not mean we operate our own account archive for you.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided on an “as is” basis. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact ad behavior, exact restoration outcomes, or perfect compatibility across all devices, networks, and platform conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including losses related to local save data, ad-service interruption, store-side transaction failures, or third-party platform behavior.
9. Updates
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect product changes, platform requirements, or legal obligations. Updated versions will be published on this page and become effective on the stated date.
